Shipping Coverage

Casivelle currently ships within Australia only.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide, with no minimum purchase required.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Order Cut-Off Time:
5:00 PM (AEST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Handling Time:
1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes

Transit Time:
7–11 business days (Monday–Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery Time:
8–14 business days (including processing and transit).
